Smoothie’s a quick healthy drink that I love to make. However, I recently discovered the smoothie bowl and I’m amazed.
So I decided to transform my favourite smoothie into a smoothie bowl with some added extras.
- 1 Banana
- 2 Kiwis
- 1 1/2 Green apple’s
- Handful Of Spinach
To decorate :
- A handful of dried mango
- A handful of dried apricot
- A handful of pumpkin seeds
- A handful of desiccated coconut
How to make:
Blend all the ingredients together. I added ice to make the mixture thicker however you can freeze the ingredients the night before to make the mixture thicker. It just depends on how well your blender blends.
Once blended then pour into a bowl. I added dried mango, dried apricot, pumpkin seeds and desiccated coconut to the top of mine.
This is such a simple and easy recipe to make.
